I recently wrote about the benefits of living and working in West Oxfordshire and, in particular, Witney. So what lies in store for 2017? Only time will tell, but average prices are up 11% this year and a whopping 36% over 5 years whilst sales volumes are unchanged on the previous year with 718 sales completing (average price £304,356). For those with deeper pockets, the top transaction in the previous 3 months was £1.13m spent on a property in Back Lane.
