The supply of certain types of privately rented properties in Witney is currently well above average and, in some cases, hitting record levels. This is particularly true of 2-bedroom flats and 3-bedroom houses although there has also been a spike in 2-bedroom houses.

Well presented, fairly-priced properties are still in demand and we are approaching the busy summer moving period. Secondly, this means you must ensure that you’re marketing is of the highest possible standard to entice potential tenants to view and sign a tenancy agreement. Ensure your agent is using Rightmove, Zoopla and social media to best effect and that the property description is sufficiently detailed, that photographs are excellent and that full floorplans have been produced (ideally in 3D).
